We are a genuinely all-through school, from Nursery to sixth Form, providing an exciting and innovative education for the local community we serve. Ofsted state we are outstanding, our GCSE outcomes show our pupils make brilliant progress and our application numbers make us one of the most over-subscribed schools. We have grown every year since we opened in 2013 and will finally have pupils from age 3 to 19 by September 2020.
We work to ensure our pupils have the same opportunities for success as those in affluent areas with expensive private schooling. We know our pupils will need more than just great exam results to be successful and have carefully planned each stage of development to support them to build the character, independence and discipline to make the most of the opportunities their academic qualifications will provide.
We are looking for a creative, dynamic and energetic Lunchtime Play Leader to work with us to realise the potential we see in all of the young people we work with. We see lunchtimes as vital in helping to develop the character, independence and discipline that we know is so important.

As a school, we make more time for professional development: 14 days of training across the year.
