We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Attendance and Admissions Officer on a part time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will need to be confident and able to communicate effectively with parents/carers, staff and other external agencies as required. They will be responsible for recording, monitoring and analysing all pupil attendance in accordance with Academy and Local Authority (LA) guidelines.

They will also be responsible for handling all applications for places across our school from Reception through to Year 6 so will need to be highly organised and methodical. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and use their own initiative, work to tight deadlines and be able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Experience of using management systems (SIMS/ScholarPack) and Microsoft Office, especially excel, word and outlook would be a distinct advantage.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.

Salary:                                 Ark Support (Outside London) Grade 3, Point 3 £18,065 pro rata (£8,594 actual salary)
