We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cleaner on a part-time permanent basis. This role will involve taking responsibility for ensuring that the academy is kept clean, tidy and sanitised in order to maintain an excellent school environment for staff and scholars. The successful candidate will ensure that their work is carried out to the highest possible standard, monitoring and reporting on the condition of each area on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will:

·         have experience of cleaning (preferably in a school)

·         be hard working and adaptable to change

·         have good interpersonal skills

·         have an enthusiasm for and an active interest in children’s welfare

·         be able to use their initiative

 Hours:              10 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time with some additional hours during the holidays

 Salary:              Ark Support Scale (Outside London) 1, Point 1 £18,33 pro rata, Actual Salary £4,360, £9.77 per hour
