We seek a committed, dynamic and resilient leader to drive school climate.  This role is initially being offered on a 1-year fixed term contract, with the possibility of a permanent post the following year. Candidates should have a proven track record of success and a strong commitment to inclusive practice. We welcome applications from appropriately qualified practitioners from teaching or non-teaching backgrounds, though experience at senior leadership level and in challenging contexts will be an advantage. The successful candidate will take up the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) within the school, supported by a full-time non-teaching Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) and additional administrative support.
