Attendance Lead

Start date: As soon as possible

Location: Ark Alexandra Academy, William Parker Campus, Hastings, East Sussex

Salary: Ark Support Scale 8, points 20-25: £25,295 to £28,785 pro rata

Hours: 36 per week, term time only plus 1 week

Contract: Permanent

Closing date: Friday 21 February 2020 (Interviews w/c 02 March 2020)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the academy following the journey of Ark Helenswood and Ark William Parker, both previously single sex schools which have come together as one co-educational school with a mixed sixth form provision in Hastings.

We are looking for someone who will be dedicated and enthusiastic to lead attendance on our William Parker campus for year groups 9 - 13 so that our young people’s attendance is consistently above the national average.

·         Be committed to working with Heads of Year to secure high levels of attendance with effective   monitoring and tracking of our young people’s attendance and punctuality
