Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, term time only

Salary: £24,347 - £28,698 pro rata salary based on Ark Support (Outer London) Scale 7 – point 14 to 24

Opportunity for an exceptional candidate to be an EYFS specialist Higher Level Teaching Assistant in our vibrant primary school in the heart of East Croydon.

The role
We are seeking an exceptional candidate as an HLTA - EYFS to work in close partnership with the Early Years Phase Lead, SENDCo and the Principal to embed the school’s vision and develop an outstanding school.
You will provide specialist support to groups or individual pupils and support teachers in establishing a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which pupils make good academic progress. As a specialist in EYFS you will support children in Reception classes with their communication and language skills, their physical development and their personal, social and emotional development
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the school. and will have support, coaching and access to extensive network training.
