Primary Teaching Assistant – Key Stage 2

We are looking for ambitious and committed Teaching Assistants to join our Key Stage 2 primary team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher to deliver great teaching. There will also be the opportunity to lead whole class teaching and we are very keen to hear from candidates who are considering becoming teachers. Ark runs a teacher training programme and a number of our TAs have followed this route into teaching.

We are currently searching for passionate and knowledgeable Key Stage 2 specialist teachers for English, maths, science and the humanities to join our primary team. We have planned backwards from the knowledge and skills needed to study these subjects at university. Our curriculum is coherent, content rich and cumulative – enabling our pupils to become great readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, historians and geographers.

Salary: Ark Support Band 4 (Outer London): £20,835 - £22,377
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week), 39 weeks per year
