Primary Administration & Pupil Support (Term Time Only)

We are looking for a committed Primary Administration & Pupil Support Assistant to join our primary team. In this varied and important role, you will be based on the Reception desk in the primary school office and will be the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors. You will provide administrative support to the primary school across a range of areas and, as an extension of this, you will support pupils at key points including providing first aid and supervising groups for short periods.
You will be required to uphold the vision and ethos of the academy, always demonstrate professional communication skills and provide an excellent level of customer service. This is a busy and varied role that would suit a confident, adaptable person looking for an energetic role in a school environment.
Ark John Keats was founded in 2013 with one class of reception children. We are now a fully-fledged all-through school, running from nursery to year 13, with over 1700 children. Our primary and secondary school is oversubscribed, with a waiting list for most year groups. Our community is composed of supportive and committed families who buy into our vision and work with us to ensure their children achieve all they are capable of in the future.

Salary: Ark Band 4 - £21,408–£22,992 pro-rata for TTO dependent on skills and experience
Hours: 08.00am – 17.00pm
Work pattern: Term Time only: 39 weeks per year
