Opportunity for an exceptional candidate to be a founding member of staff, shaping a brand new Ark secondary school in Acton
Ark Soane Academy will open to 180 Year 7 students in September 2021. Our school will be dedicated to providing excellent teaching and an exceptional enrichment and pastoral programme to students in the heart of Acton. We will give each of our students the education and character to go on to live happy, fulfilled lives as the drivers of their own destinies.
As a part of the founding team you will have the opportunity to design and implement the best possible provision for our students. You will be part of a very small and dedicated team who work flexibly to meet the needs of students. You will contribute to planning for the growth of the school over the coming years including expanding into the full premises in September 2022.

As a Premises assistant, you will play an integral role in ensuring Ark Soane Academy is a safe, inviting, and positive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors by ensuring the highest quality of site maintenance and management.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience in building maintenance or other relevant experience
· Be organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work calmly under pressure
· Understand key building regulations and how to best apply them
· Share the Ark Soane vision and be aligned with the six pillars underpinning it
