We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis to work in a KS2 class. This role will involve helping to implement work programmes for groups of children as well as assisting in the management/preparation of resources. The successful applicant will also provide cover for whole classes under a system of supervision for 30% of the employed time throughout the school year, daily lunchtime support and be an academic support for the year group 4 afternoons a week. The successful candidate will:
· have experience of working with KS2 aged children
· have good literacy and mathematical skills
· be hard working and adaptable to change
· ideally have some experience of supporting with children’s phonics and / or reading.

Salary: £20,508 pro rata, £10.93 per hour (Actual Salary £15,244)
