Premises Manager
Location: Croydon, South London - 5-minute walk from East Croydon Station.
Salary: £30,903 - £33,512 [based on Ark Support (Outer London) Band 8, SP19-24]
Working pattern: Full Time – 36 hours per week all year round. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Contract: Permanent
Start date: June/July 2023

About the role:
We are recruiting an exceptional Premises Manager to provide a comprehensive premises management service to ensure the smooth running of school operations and facilities. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Principal to deliver the school’s vision for an outstanding premises management service. The successful candidate will be supported in their development and will have access to network training.

• Have relevant health and safety qualifications and experience
• Have experience of working in a similar role in a school environment
