HR Officer 

Salary: Ark Support Staff Pay Scale (Outside London) Band 8 (£25,295 - £31,371 p.a.) Pro Rata Salary £22,772 – £28,243

Hours: 36 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (39 weeks term time + 2 weeks to be arranged to meet the needs of the department)

The Role

As the academies HR Officer, you will provide the delivery of a proactive, effective and efficient day to day HR service for the academy, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including; payroll and data management/ reporting, compliance, recruitment and selection and HR Policy guidance and associated HR administration.  You will also provide support to academies across the Region’s network when required.

You are someone who understands the difference a great education can make to pupils lives, as you are a great role model for not only them but other members of staff too. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards this. You enjoy being part of a great team and you have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
