Required from January 2021

Ark Support Staff (Inner London) Scale 7, point 14 – 24 £27,508 to £32,881 per annum pro-rata for term time only, 39 weeks per year.

Actual starting salary £23,557 for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are looking for a dynamic and effective Intervention Manager to join Ark Putney Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Culture and Ethos across years 7 – 11 by supporting the Heads of Year in sanctioning poor behaviour and addressing the root causes. As Intervention Manager you will support student reconciliation with staff and students and support reintegration into lessons.
