Early Years Educator
Ark Bentworth Primary Academy is a non-selective school serving children of all abilities. Our commitment is to know every pupil as an individual, and to foster the principles of team spirit, responsibility and care for others.
We are now looking to recruit an Early Years Educator who is committed to provide their expertise and experience working with young children to provide excellent support and teaching to our pupils. You will be inspirational role models to our pupils and work with both teachers and the wider school community to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which children make rapid academic progress.
Our ideal candidate will:
· have experience working with young people in a paid or voluntary capacity
· have a strong academic background in English and Mathematics
· have the desire and enthusiasm to help deliver outstanding teaching
· be committed to Ark Bentworth’s ethos of high expectations
· have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
