Our school has been on a transformational journey, and we are looking for a new Personal Development and Careers lead to be part of our team that will lead the next exciting leap forward as we challenge educational disadvantage by defining an ambitious, replicable and sustainable school model that supports children from communities like ours to top third universities and highly competitive apprenticeships.
About the role:
In recruiting our Personal Development and Careers Lead, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the difference careers education and personal development can make. This role is part of a growing team and will help shape our offer across all three key stages – the successful candidate will be excited to build the programme and systems that will enable us to do great work.
