Salary: £28,998 Ark Support Inner London scale 5 point 8 pro rata for term time only

About the role:

In this role you will support the Inclusion team, and the wider school community, by taking responsibility for the engagement and learning of students identified as having social, emotional, mental health and behavioural needs.

 

You will:

  • Be educated to degree level with grade C or above in English and Maths GCSE
  • Have experience of and/or understanding of the learning support role
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to effectively implement strategies and routines to help students to improve their learning
  • Possess good numeracy and literacy skills
  •  Have a genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every child
  • A robust awareness of keeping children safe
  • Be a team player and able to remain calm under pressure
