About the role:
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and talented teacher, ready to guide the curriculum and teaching across the Art department and have an impact on the future of our students.
We want Art to be an ever bigger part of the life of our school. We want pupils to enjoy creating things from a young age and we want to offer a pathway of excellence to study Art to a high standard through to A-level and university.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment
- The ability to integrate key elements of Design Technology in Art
- Willingness to play a full part in school life and go above and beyond to ensure success
- A passion for working with children
- High energy and driven by ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
