Salary: Ark Outside London Leadership Scale: Points 6 - 10 (£50,860- £56,175), there is a potential relocation package for the right candidate

Ark Alexandra Academy seeks an inspirational Associate Assistant Principal to lead on the implementation of our vision for our sixth form to ensure students are enthused and engaged in order to maximise and raise standards ensuring their academic, personal, and social development are carried out effectively. This is an opportunity to join a Senior Leadership Team who are hardworking, committed and truly believe in the success of their pupils. Alongside the support of an exceptional team, you will have the resources necessary to bring about real change and impact the lives of your students. You will be required to lead a team of tutors for both Y12 and Y13, providing a clear vision and direction to work and be able to identify key areas for improvement and plan appropriate actions to meet them.
As part of the Ark network, you will have access to high quality training and development, and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the regions. This role will help you gain experience in aspects of school leadership and prepare for future career development. As the sixth form grows and develops there will be an opportunity for the role to be increased to a full Assistant Principal role.

Ark Alexandra Academy is situated on the south coast in Hastings, East Sussex and is the largest secondary with 6th form in the Ark network.
