We are a supportive and nurturing school at the heart of our community seeking a like-minded team player to join us and lead our premises management.
"Team Tindal" is a strong community and our staff see themselves as one big family. We are a small primary school which enables us to know all the children and their families. We offer support to the community in a wide range of ways and we hold regular events which enable parents and carers to share in the life of the Academy and in their children’s learning.
This position is to work in a two-form entry primary Academy providing premises leadership and management of all the estate functions within the school. You will have a small team with individual areas of expertise, and you will oversee and support these functions, picking up and helping in these areas as required. You will be part of a visible front-line that welcomes all stakeholders into the school community and will quickly become a focal point of the team.
You will need to be someone who is not afraid to get into the day-to-day workings of a school. Good communication and team-working are essential, as is optimism and a good sense of humour.
An understanding of the different areas encompassed by the role is desirable as the role will require a breadth of knowledge.
