Everyone looks after each other and there are regular staff lunches and social activities for birthdays and special occasions.  We are committed to the development of our staff and have an extensive professional development offering which enables us to work to our highest potential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Classroom Teacher to join us on our journey towards outstanding.  You will play a pivotal role in a committed team and making a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils, both in class and across the Academy.  We are proud of our three-teacher model, which offers exceptional support and allows our children to make accelerated progress to reach their full potential.

In return our school community offers:

• a friendly, collegiate working environment;

• an exceptional and innovative staff team;

• a school committed to the enjoyment, achievement and wellbeing of all;

• an engaged and supportive wider community;

• professional development opportunities to hone your skills.

You will also be part of Ark’s thriving hub of primary and secondary schools in Birmingham working with regional teams, which offer additional guidance and support in aspects of the role.

Staff say that working with us is an exciting place to work where they are lucky to be part of a supportive and welcoming team.  ‘I have never been so well equipped in my role – CPD is taken seriously and I have access to a broad range of training.’

Visitors say that our children are polite, hard-working, inquisitive and charming.  The exemplary behaviour of pupils is often remarked upon.

Children tell us that they feel safe and happy and look forward to coming to school each day.  Parents are grateful for the opportunities to get involved that help them to support their children.
