Hours: 36 hours per week, Term time only (40 weeks per year)
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

Are you a capable Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) practitioner, who has experience with primary aged children? Are you looking for a new, pivotal role within a strong and enthusiastic team?
Ark Dickens Primary Academy in Portsmouth are excited to be on the lookout for an SEMH Lead Practitioner. This role will be instrumental in leading the provision for children who are facing challenges in accessing mainstream education.

Part of this new role will involve collaborating specifically with, Emotional Learning Support Teaching Assistants (ELSAs), 1:1 Teaching Assistants, outside agencies and the Senior Leadership Team (including the Executive Head).
