Working Pattern: Term Time only 36 hrs per week
Salary: Ark Support Scale 6: Pay Points 8-19, Pro-Rata rate (£23,185.05- £27,855.80)

You will be joining a dedicated team of staff lead by a Principal who has a proven success record.
As the Education Welfare Officer, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders, to identify students experiencing attendance issues. You will contribute to muti agency meetings to promote strategies to support regular attendance and will conduct home visits for students with persistent absence. We are looking for someone who is committed to the outcomes of every student and is looking to develop their career in secondary education.

The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience of working with secondary age students
· Have excellent communication skill, verbal and written
· Have good Knowledge if Microsoft office
· Able to motivate and inspire students
· Be committed to raising attendance
· Be able to manage behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy
· Be committed to the Ethos of the school
