Opportunity for an exceptional candidate to be a PA/Office Manager, shaping a new Ark secondary school in East Croydon.

Ark Blake Academy opened in September 2020 with 180 Year 7 pupils and welcomed our second cohort in September 2021 and are already providing children in East Croydon with an excellent academic education, based on our strongly held values.

We now wish to add an exceptional PA/Office Manager as a member of our talented and committed office team. The successful candidate will share our relentless drive to provide excellent customer service for every pupil, parent and stakeholder. The role

The successful candidate will work with the Principal and Senior Leadership Teams to provide comprehensive and effective administrative support, manage the school calendar and diaries and ensure that visitors to the academy are welcomed into a friendly and professional environment. You will supervise the school office team including reception, admissions and attendance and will support the Operations Manager with HR administration including recruitment and induction of staff, payroll and pensions, performance management, safeguarding and casework.

As part of the wider staff team you will uphold the vision and ethos of the school at all times and provide excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders.
