Salary: Ark Main Pay Scale £28,704- £39,779
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

The role:
As a Teacher of Science, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality lessons and achieving excellent results for your students, instilling in them a love for the subject and a desire to learn.We are looking for someone who will inspire and enthuse our students, delivering an outstanding and enriched curriculum. This role is suitable for ECTs and we are committed to developing and supporting teachers.
As a Teacher of Science, you will be responsible for developing and leading an exciting curriculum which enables the highest level of pupil progress and attainment and ensuring there is a high-quality teaching of the subject across the academy. As appropriate and developing strong partnerships and ensuring regular and productive communication with parents.
You will:
- Be qualified to degree level
- Be qualified to teach in the UK
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner and mentor
- Have experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment
- Have experience leading, coaching and managing staff
- Have experience implementing behaviour management strategies consistently and effectively
- Have good communication, planning and organising skills.
