Salary:  £23,427 per annum Sc 5 pt 5 (actual salary based on 40hrs per week 41 weeks per annum)

Contract:  fixed contract to 31/08/2022

We are currently seeking an English and Math’s Graduate Teaching Assistants, who will provide specific and direct support to pupils, ensuring that children make good progress in the curriculum.  You will work alongside the English & Maths class teachers to provide in-class support and small-group teaching in Key Stage 3-4.

A calm and patient manner is essential, as is a nurturing approach. A good understanding of the academy’s teaching and learning and behaviour policies are desirable, and specific training will be provided to support you in the role.  Liaising with class teachers and the whole school community will all form part of your role.
