We are looking to recruit a driven and highly strategic pastoral leader to join a dynamic and highly committed Leadership team who work tirelessly to improve the outcomes and life chances of our students. Leading on behaviour, you will build consistent levels of excellence in all phases and continue to deliver great results across the whole school. You will lead a team of skilled and diligent Student Support Managers across the academy, to provide support to our student body and build our ethos around: ambition, kindness and resilience. You will be creative and tenacious and will hold exceptionally high expectations for all pupils and give them every opportunity to succeed. You will be an established leader, with a strong track record of building teams and a positive student culture and ethos.
As a member of Ark Victoria Academy you will receive extensive professional development geared towards excellence. We don’t do ‘training for the sake of training.’ Weekly sessions designed by those who understand the context of the school, are ensured to cater for our staff’s every need.
In addition, the school provides continual support and career progression. Numerous comprehensive training programmes are available to our staff from NQTs to aspiring middle and senior leaders.
